Opened the 'Jobs 2023' event organized by the Eastern Province Chamber in its ninth edition.
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, inaugurated the 'Jobs 2023' exhibition on Monday, October 24, 2023. The event, organized by the Asharqia Chamber in its ninth edition, is being held at the Dhahran Expo, with wide participation from government entities, businesses, and specialized institutions providing employment, training, and qualification services.
His Royal Highness, Prince of the Eastern Province, acknowledged the qualifications, capabilities, and experiences of the Saudi youth, highlighting their potential to fill the employment opportunities offered by companies and contribute to the local economy. He praised the wise leadership's support in providing job opportunities for the nation's youth through various programs. His Royal Highness also commended the organization of the exhibition by the Eastern Province Chamber.
He stated, 'The Kingdom, is experiencing significant economic growth, and these developmental projects create job opportunities for qualified young men and women, enabling them to contribute to the realization of the nation's vision and the aspirations of the leadership.
His Royal Highness honored the sponsors and supporters of the exhibition and toured the exhibition grounds, where 167 entities from both the public and private sectors are participating. During his tour, he received an explanation from the Chamber's chairaman, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzzaiza, about the exhibition, its pavilions, objectives, prominent services, and the available job opportunities presented by the participating entities.
The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber's Board of Directors, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzzaiza, expressed his appreciation for the patronage and honor bestowed upon the exhibition by His Royal Highness, the Governor of the Eastern Province. He emphasized that his patronage contributes to supporting the chamber's activities and initiatives, providing the necessary momentum to continue its efforts in organizing and hosting exhibitions and events. Al-Ruzzaiza added, 'The keenness of His Royal Highness, the prince of the Eastern Province, to patronize the Jobs Exhibition adds significant value to its importance for the national economy, particularly in supporting job localization efforts.' He pointed out that the exhibition underscores the importance of self-exploration for the youth, serving as a valuable opportunity to access diverse and distinguished job offers presented by participating companies across various levels and specializations.
The exhibition, which continues until Thursday, October 26, 2023, aims to support efforts to localize jobs by increasing the national workforce in the job market. It highlights the role of the business sector in providing employment opportunities for citizens, as well as meeting the business sector's needs for qualified nationals.
